These DVDs are suitable for printing. The colors are nice and bold, but mine never dry out completely. .even after a few weeks! It is enough to run your finger over the drawing and you will get a lot of strokes and fingerprints. My DVD labels are always full of graphics so maybe it would have been different if you just typed the words (or maybe even used a different printer/ink) but if you use the standard Canon MX922 ink you get smudges and fingerprints with every touch. That. I know they aren't waterproof or even waterproof, but you would think they would at least dry out and only smudge if your fingers were wet. It's not bad enough that I throw them away, but it worries me enough that I probably won't buy them again. Too bad because the price was really good :-(
