I do not believe that the item I received has been cleared for resale. It arrived in an unsealed plain box which from the folds in the box had been previously opened. There were stains on the plastic bag that appeared to be from previously removed labels. No user manual was included, just a couple of leaflets in Korean and Russian and a generic quick start guide in 29 languages, not related to any product and recommending checking the (non-existent) system requirements listed on the test pack. Compatibility Information. It doesn't look like a used product, but there's definitely something fishy here. The headset itself is quite expensive for what you get. Sound quality seems okay, but the case feels uncomfortably rigid and the plastic feels brittle. It'll do for now, but if it breaks - and that's definitely a "when" question, not "if" - I'll look elsewhere for a replacement.
