Review on YOUFENG by Nicholas Reggae

I was very dissatisfied with the quality of the products I bought from YOUFENG's online shop. My online purchase of clothing and footwear did not match the product photos. The garments were obviously poorly made because of the poor quality of the cloth and the sloppy stitching. The low grade of the jewelry I was given only added insult to injury. After only a few hours of donning the earrings I bought, they broke, and the necklace I ordered caused my skin to turn green after a single use. My order of house furnishings also did not match the description. I thought I was ordering wooden picture frames, but they turned out to be composed of cheap plastic. My purchase of decorative pillows arrived lumpy and unusable. And to top it all off, YOUFENG has terrible customer care. I attempted to return the items, but the customer service reps were rude and unhelpful, so I ended up not getting my money back. As a whole, I do not endorse purchasing from YOUFENG's web store. Shopping here is a frustrating and disappointing experience due to the low quality of the goods and the unhelpful staff. You should look elsewhere to spend your money.
