Review on 🍼 Parker Baby Diaper Caddy - Grey Nursery Storage Bin and Car Organizer for Diapers and Baby Wipes by Walter Harmon

I have ordered this exact product twice - once for me then for a friend. The second one that came up is clearly a fake as I was able to do a direct comparison. No tag, no accompanying documents from Parker Baby Co. The felt was stiffer, the straps seem thinner and worst of all, one of the sides (which should have three pockets thanks to two rows of stitches) has a seam that didn't go through. across so there are only two pockets where there should be three. But what was most obviously missing was the label. If you receive a trolley that does NOT have this wooden label (see product image on the right), you have received a counterfeit. It will still work, but is inferior to the product that Parker Baby Diaper Co. sells. Who is responsible for that? UPDATE: A few months later someone from Parker Baby found me on Facebook to contact me by sending me a new (real) project which was great customer service from them. I asked how it is possible that a fake was sent from the same list but got no answer. I am happy to file a complaint with Revain but have not received any instructions. So I think when you receive your order make sure it's genuine. The original product I had has been great for the past few months since my baby was born. Durable, with rigid sides that hold their shape, enough nappies to last a few days, rash cream, and a few other nice touches. Very stylish yet gender neutral and simple. Love it.
