A Disappointing Encounter with Gymreapers' Customer Service

When I first heard about Gymreapers, I was excited about the prospect of joining a community of sports and outdoor equipment buyers and sellers. Recent interactions with their customer service department were frustrating for me. Unfortunately, the gym bag I ordered arrived with a broken zipper. I had a bad experience with their customer service since they were slow to respond when I needed help. I was annoyed and unsatisfied that it took multiple emails and more than a week to get my problem fixed. Their things are excellent, but I won't be buying from them again because of the poor service I had. Unfortunately, Gymreapers fell short of my high standards for dependable and effective customer support when shopping online as an advanced user.
