Poor DIYAH Shopping Online Experience

Since I enjoy tinkering with things myself, I couldn't wait to see if I could get some exterior vehicle accessories from DIYAH. Their web shop, however, left me very dissatisfied. To start, there wasn't enough clear information about the products featured on the website. Dimensions and substance make-up, both of which should have been easily accessible, eluded me throughout my research. Second, the grade of the goods was inadequate. In spite of the store's assurances, the vinyl cover I bought turned out to be paper-thin and easily ripped. It was incredibly challenging to apply without ripping or creasing. Finally, their support staff was uninformative and unreactive. I asked for guidance, but I only got unhelpful, general responses. Having used DIYAH, I can say that I am very disappointed with the service. As a do-it-yourself guru, I demand superior quality and service from retailers. The DIYAH is not something I would suggest to anyone else.

Pros
  • large number of goods.
Cons
  • Fewer shipping choices for foreign orders.
