When Contrasted with Rival Online Shops, QAZAKY Comes Up Short

I had a bad experience with the QAZAKY online store recently, and I have to admit that they don't measure up to the competition. Their selection of auto, motorbike, and powersports parts and accessories is impressive, but I had a harder time than I should have searching for what I wanted on their website. I found it challenging to make educated choices from their website because of the lack of crucial product information, such as product compatibility with different models. There were issues with the checkout process as well, with fewer shipping options and lengthier wait periods than I'm used to from other online retailers. Also, when the parts I had bought eventually arrived, they were of a lower quality than I had hoped. They didn't work as well as other parts I've used in the past and seemed to be produced from lower-quality materials. Overall, QAZAKY falls short of the competition in usability of website, information provided about products, shipping alternatives, and quality of products offered. Because of these issues, I cannot endorse the QAZAKY online store.

Pros
  • Simple and quick check out
Cons
  • Prices might be marginally more than those at comparable online retailers.
