My first bag had a water bladder leak but it was quickly fixed by AMAZING SoJourner customer service! Not only did they contact me first to see if I liked the bag, but they offered to replace it without question, beyond my expectations! In addition, the bag itself is very beautiful, especially in the sun. I've received so many compliments for that. It also had plenty of storage space and is very light so I didn't mind carrying it with me for three days during a music festival I attended recently. So much so that I even forgot I was wearing it sometimes! It was definitely a welcome change from lugging around a bulky backpack and water bottle. If you are looking for a nice camelbak alternative, this is definitely the right option for you!
