Review on Plantronics Explorer 500: Sleek Black Bluetooth Headset, Model 203621-05 by Adam Borkoski ᠌

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Nothing unusual, normal product.

I changed the headset to the same one (I thought I got an unsuccessful copy) - no, all the same cod. I took the second one to the store. Bought a Sennheiser EZX80. No cracks. The sound is perfect! It's a pity that the tips are only in English, but it's less annoying than the crackle in the Explorer 500. Its pros: - Appearance is very pleasing - The ability to quickly stick into the ear (without a bow), although there is also a bow. - 2022 voice prompts every time you turn it on (the remaining number of hours of conversation), when you connect / disconnect the phone. - Well tactile buttons. Ribbed on half of the rocker, Ribbed on the answer button, Ribbed on the switch, to simplify its shift. Cons below: - When you press the answer button, it is pressed into the ear, creating not very pleasant sensations . the answer button would be softer - What pissed me off the most was the clicks and pops when playing audio. The headset played voice prompts from the navigator. At the beginning and end of the phrase, the headset periodically cracks. Sometimes - interruption of phrases. And if two phones are connected, there are more and more interruptions / cracks. I tried to display hints from another device - the same thing. Apparently, the hardware of the headset can not cope. Cods are sometimes heard even without a connected phone when pronouncing service phrases (remaining charge).
