I like that you can create and share permits, and view them in a spreadsheet format. It's easy to edit existing permit information, and you can assign the permit to a specific department. I also like that you can set up a custom report to view a specific department's activity. I dislike that you can't create a permit for a specific date and time. I like that you can do all of your permits from anywhere with an internet connection! You are able to upload documents directly into it as well so no need go through paper files anymore (which saves time). Sometimes when using mobile devices there will be issues where they don't load properly or slow down but this isn;t always true either since we have had good experiences overall by far more than not having them at times too!! The ease of use with such an extensive library available through this program! I can't think about anything that would be improved upon at all here - it's just perfect as far as what we need from our permitting process goes (and there are many more features than you could ever possibly want or imagine).
