I like that it is easy to use, very user friendly for anyone who has never used donation before! The support team are great too - always willing/able to help with any issues you may have or questions about how best to set up your system etc. It's not something we've found fault in yet so far its been an excellent tool which helps us ensure all our donations go where they should be going (to God). I like that it is easy to use, has many options for different types of churches (i.e., non-denominational/non-church organization). It's also very customizable! Donation can be expensive sometimes so you have to get creative with your budgeting process in order to make sure there isn't any unnecessary spending going out over time. The ease of use, the ability to set up your own payment gateway (Paypal) is great! I have been able to integrate it with my church's website and with our donation page. We are able to track donations in real time. This has helped tremendously with keeping our finances in order. It would be nice if there was an option for recurring donations.
