Easy to use in my review

Me and my sister in law both practiced on this hand and it was amazing! The only two things I have " Critiques" about would be that it was a little hard for us to try to get a fake nail stick to the practice hang, but it could just be our glue. However we tried both our glues we hair for nails and it still took us a while to figure out how to make it stick but we made it work. The other thing is just be careful when taking on and off the nails of the practice hand and drilling it because after…

Pros
  • Nail Art & Polish
Cons
  • The hand is not anatomically correct, hindering proper practice of nail placement and cuticle work

Not worth it /: on my review.

Needless to say I waited an entire month before writing a review on this practice hand. It is super easy to use and set up but it is very very fragile and not sturdy. Her fingers broke twice already and I’ve clipped them back on and I wouldn’t recommend purchasing this.

Pros
  • Made with high-quality materials for durability and longevity
Cons
  • The hand gets dirty easily and is challenging to clean

Great for techs and DIYers

Is so perfect for practicing new techniques or new art so you can troubleshoot before putting something on a client or yourself.

Pros
  • Offers a safe, non-toxic and non-hazardous solution for beginners
Cons
  • The hand might not provide an accurate representation of real nails

Reliable steady hand

So far I love this practice hand. I’m getting so much better with my nail shapes with this product . Thank you so much very easy to attach to a table and very steady. Thanks again

Pros
  • Allows for additional nail techniques to be practiced including nail extensions, sculpting and nail repairs
Cons
  • The hand is too small to hold and work with comfortably for most people

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Easy to work with and stable BUT nail fall of easy!

Sturdy and very easy to work with BUT the nails when you file in any way seem to just get lose and fall off! That’s the only down side!

Pros
  • Suitable for use in a professional salon or at home
Cons
  • The hand is not adjustable to different angles for better practice

More good than bad .

This hand trainer is good for beginners, I would recommend using gel like glue so that the add-on nails won’t come off easily . Other than that , the hand is flexible as a human hand.

Pros
  • Can help improve precision and accuracy when applying nail products
Cons
  • The hand might slip easily when in use

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Small issues on my review.

It very good for beginners , but the only problem is the nails detach from themselves so I would suggest to take off the lil finger and the nails tip will not move

Pros
  • The practice hand is great. But the clippers, tips and dust brush are cheap and low quality.
Cons
  • The practice nails pop out way easy and finger tips slide off too easy

best manicure hand, tips on how to apply tips:

honestly works really well and for a beginner in quarantine it’s really helpful. i don’t write many reviews but i came to post a tip. if you’re struggling applying tips here is how i did it:remove the silicone finger offuse a tip that covers the whole nail without you pressing down on itfile the tip REALLY WELLuse KRAZY GLUE or GORILLA GLUEhold for 30 secondsfile the excesshope this helps :)

Pros
  • TIJERAS
Cons
  • The hand is not adjustable to different angles, limiting its usefulness for practicing specific nail techniques

Disclaimer on my review.

Not the best but will do. Must have and secure steady table because it will slip, the nail part tends to slip out easily also as working on them. A good start for beginners though.

Pros
  • Easy to work with, you are able to better your self and practice in a daily basis
Cons
  • The hand only comes in one skin tone, limiting its usefulness for people with different skin colors

Nails fall off purchased April 2020

The nails kept coming off as I was trying to file them. The fingertip is all the way up and I can hear the nails click in place but once I started to buff and shape them they fell off. I find myself having to either holding the nail down while I’m filing or go veeeery slow so they don’t fall off other than that it is helpful.

Pros
  • I love it but the fingers sometimes come off
Cons
  • The nail tips are not properly sized and do not fit most fingers

Love the hand but, good for me

I love the hand it’s just that my nails aren’t sticking to the hand so now I have to try and see if I can find some more nails to stick on the hand.

Pros
  • Now we have solved the problem " nail don't stay clipped into the fingers", our nails don't fall off easily. A little beginners responded that "tips wouldn’t stick", I recommend using "gorilla glue" and it helped. So pls rest assured to order it.
Cons
  • The nail tips do not have different shapes, limiting the scope of practice

You get what you paid for

Okay let’s start by talking about how hard it was to get the package saying it was signature required I was suppose to get this 2 days ago the packaging was fantastic my issue is with the snap on nails wow may I say there is no size difference so I’m using all of the same tips to do all the fingers and when u glue it on doesn’t sit straight always has that bend down action I mean was it worth it not really do I want it do I have a chance I need to practice the flexibility of this hand is pretty

Pros
  • Easy to clean and reuse with disinfectants
Cons
  • The hand's plastic is not resistant to heat, meaning it can melt if exposed to high temperatures

Perfect for beginners

Aside from a few shipping issues I had, the hand is perfect for beginners and people that just want something to practice on. I notice people complain about the nails/fingertips popping off and that tips don’t glue on, but I’ve never have a problem. The hands I have at school are nothing compared to this. These are a great purchase!

Pros
  • Saves time and money, eliminating the need for frequent visits to a nail salon or taking expensive courses
Cons
  • The hand is not adjustable to different sizes

GREAT VALUE! good for me

I'm new at acrylic application and have been using my family as guinea pigs lol, so I ordered this for more practice and it was the cheapest one I saw. so far it is great considering all the other ones were $50 and up! after you cut and file the nail beds the tips stay on just fine. so far I don't have anything negative to say. DEFINITELY recommend, especially for beginners!

Pros
  • The hand is lightweight, making it easy to transport in a bag or suitcase
Cons
  • The nail tips are a low quality and scratch easily

worth it !: my feedback

it’s an amazing practice hand ! great for beginners. the only problem i had was that the nail bits would fall off the finger if too much pressure was applied. but other than that it’s absolutely worth it

Pros
  • I got this and other related items for my 14-year-old to practice. Gret product!
Cons
  • The hand is not adjustable to different hand sizes, making it uncomfortable to use

Revainrating 3 out of 5

It’s Okay ! on my review.

this is my first set i’ve ever done and this product is okay the only issue was that the nail tips were hard to stick on but what i did was i just held the glue for 30 seconds to a minute and used a bigger tip and then filed. another thing was there wasn’t good tips so i would order a separate set instead of using the one that comes with this one it also doesn’t come with nail glue so i would also get that. other then that i liked this product it’s not bad.

Pros
  • The flexible hand mimics the natural movement of a human hand, allowing for better dexterity during practice
Cons
  • The nail tips are poorly sized and might not fit well on most people’s fingertips

I was super excited to get this for my cosmetology class for nails. The only down fall is after I took the nails off to put new in one of the fingers won’t hold a nail anymore. I would suggest getting a different style hand if your doing multiple sets of nails. Disappointed.

Pros
  • Nice product just the nail slides off when working on it.
Cons
  • The hand is difficult to clean and sanitize

Revainrating 5 out of 5

great for beginners

Had bought this product as a beginner and it’s very good quality, comes with lots of nail inputs and is very sturdy/ easy to maneuver without fear of breaking.

Pros
  • Made to mimic the size and shape of a real hand for more realistic practice
Cons
  • The nails tips do not lay flat on the finger, making it hard to practice application techniques

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Maybe it’s me good for me

When I got the hand I set it up and buffed before putting nail tips. I’ve had it for 2 months now and the nail tips won’t stick no more to the point I change the fake nail and used Crazy glue to get the nail tips down nothing seems to work anymore. Suggestions?

Pros
  • I really like this hand only down fall is that the fingers keep popping off. I ended up taking them off
Cons
  • The hand lacks detail and looks unrealistic

Revainrating 3 out of 5

It’s ok for beginners

To get nail tips to stay on please file the nails that come with training hand very good or else they will not stay. The nail tip that come with hand keeps popping out

Pros
  • I like it only negative is the sometimes the nail falls off
Cons
  • The hand is too light in weight and does not provide a realistic practice experience
