Super cute and Sturdy Start to Bicycling

I bought this for my two year old and he absolutely loves it! It’s super cute and very sturdy. I really feel like it’s helping him learn to balance his weight. At this point, he may learn how to really ride a bike much sooner than my older son.He wanted to play with this instead of all his other gifts. I recommend this for all smaller children. They’ll learn to balance and have such a great time doing so. Just don’t forget their helmets!

Pros
  • The bike promotes outdoor exercise, which can help combat obesity and other health issues
Cons
  • May not promote independence in children

Durable and lightweight

This bike endured 7 long months of heavy use both on trails and downtown in the city, and that's just so far! It's been tossed aside dozens of times, stuffed in the trunk just as much, and the only real wear is where the handle bars met the ground when being thrown down. Which doesn't affect function. For an average size 3 year old (35lbs and 75% on the height chart) this bike gets a perfect review!

Pros
  • The bike can be used indoors as well as outdoors, making it versatile
Cons
  • May not encourage social interaction with other children

The coolest little bike!

My 3 year old adores this bike. She owns three tricycles but has yet to master a pedal! This takes that hassle away and is cheaper than the name brand which I most certainly liked😜

Pros
  • Cycling
Cons
  • Tires may require frequent maintenance

Awesome bike and customer service

Product came in a lightweight box, easy to assemble, and exactly as expected. There was a small scratch on the bike and customer service was easy to work with to resolve the issue. Would recommend, and we plan to purchase a bike from this company for my daughter in the future.

Pros
  • The bike tires are puncture-proof and won't deflate
Cons
  • May not be adjustable enough for some children

best Christmas present

even the bigger sibling love to zoom around on it - we have to keep telling them to stay off their little brother's bike May not prepare children for riding bicycles with multiple gears.

Pros
  • The bike is easy to store, with a compact design that won't take up too much space
Cons
  • May not prepare children for riding bicycles with multiple gears

Beeest bike for my two year old!

I’m just a few hours my son got the hang of this and it is his favorite thing to do after 3 weeks straight! Best investment. May not be suitable for children who are too heavy.

Pros
  • The bike is designed to be comfortable and easy to use, so children will want to ride it again and again
Cons
  • May not be suitable for children who are too heavy

Perfect bike for toddler!

We bought this bike for our two year old son and he is obsessed with it! You can’t beat this bike for the price. It is high quality and a great tool for young ones to strengthen balance skills and introduce them to bike riding. Highly recommend!

Pros
  • The bike is affordable, making it a great option for families on a budget
Cons
  • May not provide enough challenge for children who have outgrown the age range

Perfect for 2.5 year old

Perfect balance bike for 2.5 year old. Lightweight enough he can pull it up by himself and short enough he can still easily touch the ground.

Pros
  • The bike is gender-neutral, making it suitable for both boys and girls
Cons
  • May not be safe for use without adult supervision

Wheel fork bent and metal flakes everywhere

The first bag sign was even before I opened the box. You know those rain maker noise things that you flip upside down and the beans/material fall to there other side and make a rain noise? This box sounded like that.Opening it up I thought it was used, it wasn't, and upon opening it up found that it was coming out of the front wheel fork. Speaking of that front wheel fork, it was bent.Overall the quality is pretty bad and I'm going to return. Even if the issues weren't there I'd wish I had…

Pros
  • The bike is a great investment in a child's physical and mental development, ensuring they have a strong foundation for a healthy and active lifestyle
Cons
  • May not be suitable for children with certain allergies or sensitivities

Sturdy, stylish bike.

My 2 year old loves this thing. This is a great little balance bike. It is sturdy and there was minimal assembly. Bike has a great look to it too! The seat is adjustable so the bike can grow with the kid, somewhat. There is a footrest so they can pick up their feet and glide. Tires are a hard plastic and not rubber like a real bike. That’s my only negative, albeit a small one.

Pros
  • It helps develop confidence in children as they learn to ride on their own
Cons
  • Limited availability in stores

Durable and Simple.

My 2 Year old daughter loves this thing. She’s just not being able to run along and pick her feet up. Great idea to shorten/eliminate training wheel time.

Pros
  • The bike is suitable for children ages 18 months to 5 years old, providing years of use
Cons
  • May not be able to handle rough use by children

Great for the price

This is a great little balance bike for the price. My only qualm with it, is that the handle bars and the seat can jar a little loose.so that it sits a little crooked.

Pros
  • The bike is built to withstand bumps and knocks, making it a safe option for young children
Cons
  • May cause distraction for some children

Great starter bike!

Purchased this bike for our 3-year-old grandson. It's a great starter bike. We should have purchased one for his 3-year-old cousin as well because she kept getting on it every time he got off to open another present. :) We wanted him to get used to the feel of a bike without training wheels, plus the one with training wheels is still too tall for him to fully rotate the pedals. Easy to assemble, good quality, and fair price.

Pros
  • The JOYSTAR balance bike is great for improving a child's balance and coordination at an early age
Cons
  • May require additional accessories for use

Great bike for the price.

Great transition bike. Easy to assemble. Light weight. Packaged well (not wastefully). My daughter loves this. Seat is adjustable. Will hand down to next child. Highly recommend. Good value for price.

Pros
  • The bike is built to last, so parents don't need to worry about constantly replacing it
Cons
  • May not be suitable for children who are too afraid to ride

Great for toddler on my review.

Perfect starter bike for a toddler. My daughter is obsessed. Note that the wheels are plastic but it doesn’t really change how well she’s able to ride on it and keep up with her siblings

Pros
  • The bike is a great way for children to burn off excess energy and engage in physical activity
Cons
  • May not provide enough stimulation for some children

Teaches them to ride without training wheels

Bought this for my just turned 4 year old in early May. She wears a size 5 and the bike fit her perfect. 5 months later she was riding a regular bike without training wheels. We went from the balance bike to leaning to pedal with training wheels to training wheel free.We also bought a smaller balance bike for my then 2.5 year old and she just learned how to ride a bike without training wheels a month before she turns 3. She learned in 6 months.

Pros
  • The bike is a great way to get children excited about physical activity and outdoor play
Cons
  • May not be suitable for children with certain behavioral issues

Great customer service !

Great customer service ! We had a small issue with the bike and Nancy in customer service took care of the issue right away- she made our grandson a very happy little boy! We will definitely continue to purchase Joystar products.

Pros
  • The bike frame is made of durable steel
Cons
  • May not provide enough protection for feet

Great starter bike good for me

Loved the bike for our 2 year old. The wheels are plastic and make it a pretty bumpy ride. Other than that it’s a great purchase

Pros
  • The bike has a limited lifetime warranty, which provides peace of mind for parents
Cons
  • May not be able to withstand harsh weather conditions

Worth the buy! best in my review

My 3yo son loves to ride this! He quickly acclimated to having a two wheeled toy and found his balance well since he could put his feet on the ground. A great transitional ride on to work towards pedal bikes. Good build, cool colors and not "cheap” feeling quality. Sturdy enough to have the younger brother(s) ride it after.

Pros
  • It has a sturdy frame and can hold up to 110 pounds
Cons
  • May be difficult to steer for some children

Gorgeous but. for my opinion

It's the cutest thing ever but I ended up pulling of the decals because they were already ripping off in some areas. There also were chips everywhere in the paint upon arrival and some of the seat had scuffs. If I knew it probably wasn't going to get scratched up from use, I wouldve sent it back. Finish quality was horrible, but it's also a kids bike that is going to be getting plenty more wear. The green is more of a turquoise which is absolutely adorable!

Pros
  • The bike is easy for parents to adjust, ensuring a comfortable fit for their child
Cons
  • May not be suitable for children who are physically impaired
