Definitely get the short ones over the long ones, I have bought a few maymom inserts of different sizes and overall they are all good the long ones have a hard time going in all the way. The short and long ones both seem to stick out a little bit from my motif luna flanges but work perfect in my cups for portable pumps. The silicone is great quality so I could never imagine they'd rip.

Super comfy. I’ve been able to fit it in my Ameda and Momcozy pumps with no difficulty. It stays in well without being too snug. It would be nice if it was more clear so you could see your nipple more, but overall good purchase.

Absolutely a game changer! I have three boys and always exclusively breastfed. I have a high supply but when it came to pumping I couldn’t barely get 2-3oz in 15 minutes. I finally realized it was a flange issue and got these. I pumped 5oz in 5 min! I only wish I found them sooner!

I got these for more comfortable pumping. The plastic 21mm flanges offered by Motif Luna can get uncomfortable after a while for me. These silicone inserts help. They are firmer than I expected but still soft enough to be comfortable. I tried them with the 24mm flanges that come with my pump but found it was impossible to fit them inside the flange. Luckily I had the 28mm flanges still, and these inserts fit perfectly in those. So beware if you're going just off of the product description!

I'm soo thankful to come across maymom! These inserts were the right size for me! They fit right into my Medela shield, and also work for my momcozy pump!

I bought this to decrease my flange size and to prevent friction and it works. That's my feedback! Though it leaks on the side.

These are amazing inserts, not only do they maintain the suction, they are COMFORTABLE. Not just size-wise either the actual material is soft and less prone to chafe and cracking of your nipples in my experience.

I recently got a new pump with way more suction power and pumping was SO painful. My LC recommended these and it turned out I'd been using the wrong flange size all along because they just don't make them this small. The difference was IMMEDIATE, so much so that I teared up with relief! Super soft and easy to clean, and cheaper than the brand names. Some said it was a learning curve to install but I didn't find it tricky at all. Will be buying another set.

Bought these to prevent the need to buy a new set of flanges for my Motif Luna. Doesn't work the best with the 24mm flanges (unable to push the edge lip into the tunnel), however, they do somewhat work in the 28mm flanges (they're loose).

I bought this product to use inside of my 24mm medela flanges that are too big and I now have 3 pairs of this product. First pair worked like a dream and I’d give it 5/5 stars. I loved it so much I bought 2 more pairs. All 3 pairs are different sizes! I attached a picture of the last 2 sets I bought side by side and inside of the same flange. They are different lengths and thicknesses and I found out on my 2nd pair only by when I tried to pump and it was extremely painful because they were not…

I’m still adjusting to these so don’t know what effect they will have on comfort or supply…but wanted to add these did not fit my motif flanges. I could not get them pushed in all the way but they fit spectra flanges fine.

This is a great idea, but the fact that you can’t see through the insert really bothers me. It’s hard to tell if my nipple is in the center or if it’s rubbing on the side in the insert because you can’t see through it. I don’t really use them anymore because of it.The suction is ok.

I ordered the 19 and 17 and I am in love with this product. I have extracted more milk because of this. It’s comfortable when I’m using it.

Worked very well with my Willow pump flanges (bag not container). Only pinched me once when I didn’t push it all the way in on one side. Otherwise easy to place and remove, easy clean up, doesn’t leak. Great help with my elastic stretchy nipples as well!

Originally purchased to use as inserts for my Willow pump but they also work with my Ameda Maya Joy Plus pump! Easy to use, easy to clean, and make pumping a much better experience!

I have very elastic nipples and I bought these hoping they would help with pumping. Very minimally, if at all. I didn't notice a difference.However, if this is not your issue, they seem to be made with quality, and they stick in my flanges pretty well. I did notice some milk got trapped between the insert and flange.

These flanges are on but they do not go in all the way like they should instead the pop out of the medela 24mm flanges no matter how hard you push it in

These are easy to use and allow me to pump more milk per session, because they are the appropriate size for me. They are easy to clean and put in and take out of the flanges.

These are great for elastic nipples. They fit in several pumps but can be a little uncomfortable on the edges if the insert isn’t flushed against the flanges. There has been some wear and tear from 10 weeks usage. Still works but the material does seem softer.
