Excellent colorant for epoxy resin.

A small amount of powder turns the epoxy black. Additionally, the addition of powder makes it easier to sand the epoxy after it cures. I use epoxy mixed with coffee grounds to fill small voids in wood shavings. Adding a small amount of graphite powder to the mixture will darken the fill from dark brown to jet black. However, . . . Sanding produces black dust that can smudge light woods and be difficult to remove. It works well for darker woods like walnut.

Lots of graphite for graphite

This is a large container of very fine graphite. I bought it to lubricate the gunpowder measure (for reloading). For that it works very well. It also eliminates static adhesion of powder particles to the dispenser channels. This is undoubtedly a lifetime supply of graphite. I had to order this item twice before one was actually delivered. The lid was not screwed on, so the inside of the box and plastic bag was full of spilled graphite. I will look for new uses for graphite.

My accident for Graphite

The product corresponds to the description in the ad. I was about to use it for the first time and accidentally spilled it all over my floor. Luckily it was white tile and no carpet so it was pretty easy to clean but it took me 30-45 minutes to clean it. This graphite is VERY VERY good (I should know). Also, there is no harm in wearing a face mask that can protect you from inhalation as it is that good. Also the product itself is of good quality and I will not have to buy it again. This glass…

Graphite powder as expected.

There is nothing more to say about graphite powder. This is graphite powder. Some people use it in art, I use it in my woodworking workshop and for household purposes. To me, this is great for "smearing" metal to metal surfaces where the oil alternative tends to collect wood dust and keeps the screws from seizing. or irritation when inflated. Personally, I usually prefer to use this material "wet"; I mix some powder with a small amount of isopropyl alcohol (rubbing alcohol) and apply it to the…

Ideal for powder dispensers.

I used this to spruce up and charge my Hornady Lock powder dispenser and it did everything I wanted it to. First I cleaned the powder dispenser with a degreaser to remove the factory anti-rust oil and then I took this powder, filled the hopper and drained it back into the container that held the graphite. This makes my new powder dispenser look dirty as hell. But now it works as it should and now I have no issues at all with gunpowder sticking and as a result my charges are more accurate…
