Are you kidding me ?

You can only use verified apps on this interface, no Chrome, no Google Drive, no other third-party apps, I'm giving it back.

Pros
  • Like everything before
Cons
  • Not bad, but...

It's a great item

If you want a light work PC and can live with a 10 inch display, you'll love it. Or maybe you want a tablet that can do more than just that. I love the whole philosophy behind it, a device that you can take anywhere and use in any field of activity. After using it at work, I can detach the keyboard and watch a movie or surf the web while listening to music, or use the digital pen as a hobby. He's so versatile. I think that's the closest thing Microsoft wanted to achieve with the Surface line…

Pros
  • Great price

What you see is NOT what you get!

Very disappointed! The keyboard, pen and mouse featured in most product photos are NOT included with the device. If you ask me, this is a pretty shameless bait and switch gambit. You have to look VERY closely at the almost microscopic smudge at the bottom of some photos to notice this rather important fact. I couldn't find any reference to this in the text of the product description. I will return the item.

Pros
  • Large selection
Cons
  • Waiting too long

5-star tablet due to frustrating lack of apps

I've been using the Surface Go with 8GB RAM for a few months now and have become a huge fan of what Microsoft has created. The tablet comes with a light version of Windows. I'd be happy to keep this version if the Microsoft App Store wasn't a ghost town. I opted for the one-time upgrade to Windows Home, which I recommend as it gives you access to a much wider range of apps. One caveat is that the Surface Go has a smaller form factor, so using some older apps can be frustrating as the menus and…

Worst purchase I've ever made. JE.

Let me calculate what doesn't work. I can't download PDFs from my Gmail account, so most of my emails are useless. When I try to log into Steam, the input interface doesn't appear, so I can't log in and access my games. I can't download my Kindle reader, so I can't access my books. I can't access the Revain Prime video streaming so I can't access the video! NOTHING WORKS! I spent a total of $540 (taxes included) on this piece of junk and nothing - absolutely nothing - I intended to use it for…

Pros
  • Not cheap, but decent
Cons
  • The list will be long.

Really nice device :)

EDIT 08/18/18. So it's been almost a week since I got my Surface Go. I still love it but I'm starting to see the limitations of this device. The limits relate to Windows 10, not the hardware itself. And I think those limits are very small - small enough to keep my rating at 5 stars. I have a feeling these small issues can be fixed or fixed with software updates and I'm fine with that. The device is still great, but Windows 10 needs a little tweaking to make the device better - that's all I can…

Pros
  • Dope 🔥
Cons
  • Expensive

I like the product itself, but keep in mind that the warranty does not start from the date of purchase, but from the date of distribution purchase. I just bought this and the warranty on the unit says it's less than 6 months from now (it says 1 year on it). Since the warranty is already 6 months old, I can't add Microsoft Complete. Save time and order through Microsoft. I suspect this is because Revain is not an authorized Microsoft reseller.

Pros
  • The best in its niche
Cons
  • Appearance

This is an excellent device!

This is an excellent device for what it was made for. Received yesterday and found it to be more, much more than I expected. Build quality is what you would expect from the Surface line. Battery life could be better, but until the battery industry provides improved battery size, weight, and performance, we're going to have to contend with a screen of this size and quality with an Intel chip. Most reviewers criticize this, thinking it should do what the surface pros do as weird and disrespectful

Pros
  • Looking forward to

Secondary computer only. Love it!

Great laptop. I have a Surface Pro 3, so I'm familiar with the Surface family. I decided to see how long I can use Surface Go with Windows 10 S, which means you can only install apps from MS Windows Store. So far, so good. When I need to upgrade to Windows 10 Home, it's very easy to switch through the Windows Store. Note, however, that you may need to update the Windows Store app before a free upgrade to Windows 10 Home is available. I use this as a second computer for surfing the web, watching

Pros
  • Absolutely amazing!
Cons
  • Big and chunky
