These were easy to use and put on. It was effective in helping with the pain I was having in the arch of my foot for the limited time they lasted. Wish the adhesive would last longer though. I showered in the morning before putting them on and they were already peeling by the following morning. I did not get them wet.

I purchased this for my daughter. She had shoulder surgery a couple of years ago and when she throws (softball) alot, her shoulder becomes sore. Kinesiology tape is great. We learned about it when she had ankle problems. Pre-cut is the way to go. It eliminates having to cut the tape strips in half and making the different strips required.

Used tape for low back pain. Worked great, tape stayed on for 7 days until I took off. I did not have any skin irritation. I would recommend over other products. I purchased another brand of Kinesiology tape and it was falling off after 3 hours. I will only purchase Strengthtape going forward.

This worked for at rest times for the rotator cuff, but did not help during strenuous work. I am glad I tried it. Thanks for attention.

It is very stretchy. And has very poor adhesion. It said it would stick for a few days, it didn't. A half day and it was done. I have used KT tape for my plantar fasciitis, and it worked amazingly well. This was not even close. It didn't hold the muscle in place like KT tape does.

I got my package, and Saw that it was for Neck and Back, That can’t be Right, This should be for the Shoulder, Not the Neck and Back

Gives a good support but doesn't stay on skin as long as was advertised , so for couple days of usage it is overpriced. That's my feedback.

Edges began to lift 10 minutes into pool workout and by the end of 30 minutes they were completely off so definitely not waterproof!

Although I did get some relief in my shoulder, I found the tape actually stretched too much to give good support. My PT actually taped my shoulder with a non-stretch take that provided a lot better support, stability and lessened the pain.

This product comes with a set of black and blue straps. The black straps adhere's better than the blue lasting longer than 48 hours with moderate use of the knee. Suited the purpose, though, supported the knee cap in place minimizing the pain incurred.

After trying several cheaper brands, I found that strength tape is the best. Just be aware that you are getting nothing special for the extra money you are paying for "Ankle/Foot " tape. You are just getting regular pre-cut strips of KT tape and instructions on how to apply to ankle/foot. More economical to buy a roll of pre-cut Strength tape. You get much more for your money. The waste of money! My trainer placed these on for me bc I didn’t want to get it wrong. However, as soon as she did it, they begin to peel off. I made sure not to lotion my legs or feet. Still didn’t work! She ended up using hers from Walmart on me.

It feels great while it’s on but after 10 hours ( and following all directions ) all of the edges are coming up That's my review.

Feels great on the shoulder. Does not fall off when wet, just like the packaging says. Only issue I have had is it does peel off a little when sleeping. Other than that, I've been wearing mine about 4 days now, and I have never felt better!

I had a rash for 6 days from the time I put on and had to remove the strips because I am allergic to the glue. The support was so-so while I had the strips on- followed the directions to the T. If you have adhesive allergies- stay away!

This barely stayed on for 24 hours. It was applied to clean dry skin in the evening. By the morning it was mostly falling off. I don't see how they claim it stays on for 5 days

This tape is the best for all my sport injury prevention needs. I wear this tape on my knees (full knee support tape style) when I run 1/2 marathons. It stays on for days and I forget I'm wearing it. The only downside is taking it off. I have hairy legs so taking a deep breath and ripping it off. But it's worth it to not have bad knees.

The adhesion on these strips is terrible. Says it lasts 5 days and mine is already falling off less than 24 hours later. Skin was very clean, no lotions or anything. There shouldn’t be a reason for peeling already. Would definitely not recommend.
