Expected too much from office electronics

I think I expected too much from a scanner in this price range. It works as promised, but that doesn't mean it works well. The level of detail is just not where I should have been.

It's garbage

I'm new to the 3D printer hobby but you don't need to be an expert to figure out that this scanner is a great POS. Seriously, he can barely grasp the details of an object and forget to do anything useful. I could go on and on, not to mention I rarely leave reviews, especially bad ones, but this one wasted my time and probably will waste yours too.

Cheap product, highly recommended for anyone on a budget

A Macintosh supported professional scanner is finally here. I was able to test it and it is definitely a worthy product. The hardware is amazing coupled with promising software. While the texture doesn't compare to the Artec MH/EVA I previously paid over $10,000 for, the geometry it has managed to create is amazing at such a low price. This product is a complete game changer for people looking for a cost effective solution that can easily deliver downhill performance. Big fan of Revopoint, love

Not ready for prime time if you're just scanning statues. Software with bugs

I really wanted to like this after watching some YouTube videos and reading some reviews. I had hopes. I had what I thought was a relatively simple beveled electronics case that I wanted to scan. When using the scanner and turntable, the model slipped in the computer software - I don't know why that happened. The software won't rescan unless I close and restart it while trying to scan different models. I'm using the default statue and it seems to work fine, but for everything I've tried other…

I have had and used many scanners over the years. Some are worth thousands of dollars. But I can say with confidence that POP is the best bang for your buck. There are many uses for a 3D scanner, but I scan heads and 3D print them in resin. This is a great way to commemorate friends and family. Great for the money but features aren't complete yet

I've been researching 3D scanners for a few months and it seems like they generally fall into two categories: 1) Stationary scanner and requires one Turntable 2) Portable scanner that costs a fortune. Good consumer 3D scanner

I bought this 3D scanner to build the perfect 3D station. My current setup includes a Creality Ender 3 v2 fdm printer, a Creality Halot One, and a wash and cure station. I have a lot of experience with 3D printing but what I'm missing is 3D modelling, so I want a 3D scanner.
