The box has been opened and repackaged. There were no instructions in English (French instructions were sufficient). The audio cable was missing. The battery is already inserted. It is evident that the PHOTOTECH seller has sent a used item even though it was sold as new.

I bought these headphones to watch TV better as I have a hearing loss. They work well except they seem to pick up the music behind the picture and you have a hard time hearing what the person is saying. They're probably great for just listening to music. That's the only reason I'm giving it a four.

First of all, the batteries for these headphones only lasted 3 months and you have to spend $65 to replace them. After wearing the headphones for some time, you will develop a bulge in the middle of your head as the headphone padding does not reach where the headphones sit on your head.

There might be something wrong with this particular device, but as soon as I connected it to the TV, it made a hissing ticking sound every few seconds. Also, there is no cable included in the kit to connect to the TV - I had to use an auxiliary cable. In any case, it doesn't work properly and doesn't deliver the high sound quality advertised in the product description.

OMG! What can't I say about these headphones? You are cozy. The sound quality is amazing! Noise canceling works perfectly. I bought these for my 80 year old mother who is hard of hearing. Not only do they help her hear, but they also save me from nighttime headaches caused by a blaring TV. I can't say enough good things about these Sony headphones.

Bought this item for my 93 year old stepmother. Read all the instructions carefully and I am very proficient at hooking up these types of products. Although everything seems fine, there is no sound. Connecting the stand to the headphones is cumbersome and quite cheap. All of this could be tolerated if there was a way to get phone support, but there isn't.
