VT Docs Review

I love how easy it is to use for my team members, as well has our clients! It's also really affordable considering all of your options in other providers are more expensive than this one price point that we have set up here at work!! The most helpful thing I like about VT is that it has all of my templates in one place, so I don't have to go searching for them everywhere else. It took me some time to get used to the layout. But once you do, it's very easy to use. Also, the customer service can be hit or miss. Sometimes they're friendly and helpful, other times they can be quite rude. I like that its easy to use for all my clients! It makes it super convenient when you are doing mass changes or edits, as well as sending out multiple proposals at once via email vs having them in word doc/pages of paper!! Nothing really dislike about this product but maybe would be nice if there was an option between PDF format versus Word Document?
