Great Burner but the incense that came with it should be called dirty socks, soiled butt crack, wet dog etc. not so good. Buy the incense seperate in Sage or Frankensense etc with the hole in the bottom for these burners and you will love it.

The smoke only falls on the first and second tier and only if you have in an enclosed area with no wind or air conditioning whatsoever. It is pretty to look at.

I'm using a fingernail file to level the base of the incense cone so, that it will set atop the waterfall stably. Perhaps a small file can be added to each set.

I loved the product. In order to get the best backflow visual you have to set them up where there is hardly any air flow otherwise it just doesn't work that great. When using the tall one you need to have it over the smaller one because it does produce this sticky brown stuff that will go on wherever you set it up. It does wash clean easily. This is a nice size incense burner. I like the tongs to hold the incense cone to light it and place on the burner. I like the pad that they supply to keep the bottom of the burner directly off the counter top. The bag of cones will last awhile. It really does flow nicely with no breeze to disrupt the flow.

I gifted this for my daughter for her birthday! She loves it and it’s so cool to see the inscent smoke flow down it! Very calming watching it and the scents smell amazing! Definitely a great buy!

I loved the color and the idea of the many scents, but their packaging styrofoam was so thin it didn't protect it enough. First one I ordered came in broken, had to send it back. Ordered another and this one still came in broken on the underside. My daughter loved it and because you couldn't see the broken part she kept it. Wanted to order one for me, but I'm not going to take the chance.

First of all the shipping was extremely fast with this little baby. It is relaxing to look at the smoke go through the different canals while the incense are burning. The thing is, the incense burn up in less than a minute. You do get quite a few but that's because you will go through them very fast. It’s important to know you’re buying this just for the holder which is very nice for the price. The incense it’s comes with is worthless (Unless you want your house to smell like a campfire). So I suggest you toss the incense, buy some actual incense then enjoy.

I'm treating item as a cool novelty device. The smoke reverses and cascades down which is cool, but cones don't last long and smell the same to me. Oh ! Item must be in isolated spot free from ground, ceiling and a/c vents to enjoy the effect of smoke. For the price, neat if you enjoy incense, lots of incense😁.

This incense burner is really mesmerizing, and peaceful to watch. It's an awesome product, and it works great. I didn't care for any of the incense we tried, but that's just me personally. However, the burner is really cool, and would make a unique gift for oneself, or for a friend.

Nice size, color isn't exactly the same as pictured. The hole on the bottom plate isn't exactly aimed upward so the incense stick doesn't stick straight up like the picture. Not big deal though.

Was super excited to give this as a gift.
