Tried to contact customer service several times to solve my issue with money transfer . The waiting time is sometimes few hours . Customer Service representative dropped on the chat when i express my disappointment in a cultural manner . Their discord account is set to automatically censor any negative comments about their service. I highly recommend others to review their customer service attitude , so people see before they join and its too late. On the other side its great working exchange , only customer service is a Garbage . I would like the customer service advisors who read the review to consider change they arrogant behaviour before its too late.
