Great street monitor

I had an Asus 166B+ for over six years. Two complaints about this monitor are the plastic build quality and the lack of brightness. I decided to upgrade because of the significant increase (and variety) in portable monitors available. I wanted the screen and resolution to match my current work laptop (Lenovo T480) so a 14 inch 1080p monitor had to be perfect. Two complaints about my previous monitor are no longer a problem. It's a very solid panel with a nice, bright screen. It was just plug and play with the included TB3 cable to my laptop's TB3 port. It has been used a few times around town and on a business trip where it was very helpful when I had to work in the conference room. If I had to fault one thing, the included 'smart cover' doesn't hold the monitor very well. This would be a last resort but have a cheap foldable tablet stand in my work bag for use with a monitor. The speakers aren't super loud either, but that's absolutely the least of my worries, nothing, I wish they just didn't work the speakers into the design and lightened it a few grams. If you're looking for a quality 14-inch 1080p portable monitor for outdoor use, you won't regret it. he buys.
