I love that we have access to our contracts anywhere via mobile or in house system! This saves so much time and effort when you need information but are not able to find what your looking for right away. Sometimes there is lag between updates as far back as 10 years ago which can be frustrating if you don't know this ahead of time. You can also only search one way (contract owner) through universal CM. If you want both ways searching would require another application on top of UCM - very cumbersome. You should consider using more than just mobile version with UCM for ease of use especially since most people will still prefer having their documents stored locally vs online. We were trying to keep track of many different types of agreements such as NDAs/Lisas etc. As well as keeping up to date on financial obligations, vendor payments & employee payroll info related to those agreements.
