Review on Get Thrilling Barefoot Experience with Xero Shoes Z Trek Minimalist Insipred by Joseph Hamilton

Revainrating 5 out of 5

All day, every day is the best in my rating

Like most people, I started going barefoot after reading Christopher McDougall's Born to Run in high school about 10 years ago. During the track season, I went to training in sneakers with Vibram and even ran several kilometers in them. College blew me away and I didn't have that much time/money to work out and choose unique shoes. I got fat and didn't return to regular exercise about 2 years ago. I started lifting and exercising barefoot, but my wife and other gym-goers have always denounced it (potential for athlete's foot). My FBI agent somehow got wind that I was at the market to go barefoot, and these sandals popped up on my Instagram feed. I was hooked and bought a pair. They went in and because of the chaco I found it too big at first. However, I didn't want to send them back as with COVID-19 it is not known when I will eventually receive a replacement. She cut her fingers and was immediately satisfied. I wear these things everyday, for everything. Cut the lawn? Yes. do you work Yes. Execution of orders? Yes. After about 2 weeks my legs adjusted and now I feel like they are a part of me. I shower with them once a week to keep them fresh, but I'm not even sure if they need it. 5/5, recommend, love this stuff, XERO for life.
