Great way of organizing phone traffic between various departments

I like how easy it was to set up my first call center with Robin! It has been very helpful getting our team organized for calls coming into one place instead having them spread out across multiple systems/applications at different times during each day or week - makes life easier when we're training new employees as well!! No complaints here so far but if there's anything i can think about please let me know because you guys have made this process much more efficient than what would've otherwise taken weeks without your help :).

  • Very simple system & layout
  • Ease in setting everything u need (time settings, etc)
  • Can't wait until future features come along
