Review on PackageX Mailroom by Jay Arnold

I love that you can set up rules for things such as when someone gets an email from me or not. You can also have it send out emails if certain conditions occur. It is easy enough to use but has some complicated features which could be better explained with examples. The customer service support is great! They really go above and beyond any other vendor we've used so far. I would highly recommend this product over others because they're always willing to help and do what they can to make sure your experience goes well. This is our primary solution for communication between employees and customers.
