Review on Elements PEO by Sean Tops

We have been working with Elements for about 3 years and have been very happy with their support. They are always willing to help and are always responsive. The team is very knowledgeable and has a great sense of humor. I don't have any dislikes. They have been a great partner. They are very easy to work with and easy to understand. They are very organized and have a great team. We have been working with them for payroll, benefits, and legal compliance. I like the fact that they have an option where if you do not wish to receive texts, you can opt out. The app does not sync up with our payroll system, which makes it difficult to view all of our employees information. It also takes about 1 hour to update our info. They do not have a good customer service department either. We use them as a payroll company and benefit admin.
