BEST CUSTOMER SUPPORT EVERR!!!: WineDirect

The support team was very quick answering any questions I had! They were always willing not only be there but also provide great advice for us as newbies when it came time our getting started or figuring out what features would work best within their system. If something went wrong they quickly fixed that problem too even if its been months since an issue occured!! Great customer service. ! We have seen HUGE increases due mainly because this platform helped streamline processes which allowed staff members across departments like sales/marketing etc get tasks done easier without having multiple systems open up each day. I like that they offer many different types of services for each organization's unique need. Some functions seem overwhelming but this may be due to my not having any prior experience using them as well. The best part has been being able to interact directly with someone who truly cares! They have helped us solve so many problems over such an extended period time it would take pages just listing out some of their accomplishments alone.
