I recently went to Jamaica for spring break. I wear this shoe which is really comfortable to feel the sole when I have a lot of activities. Let me tell you what lies between PRO and CONPRO - It's easy to climb fast. No rock damage. Shoes can be short. The shoes do not provide arch support but have the benefit of firming the soles of the feet if you wear the shoes frequently if you take good care of your feet. CONS: It is not suitable for swimming. I really LOVE these shoes. ! I look forward to buying more new XERO shoes.
