Review on Garmin Forerunner 45: Easy-to-Use GPS Running Watch with Free Training Plan Support in Red by Aneta Smoliska ᠌

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Good and quality product, but there are flaws.

I'm still getting acclimated to the watch because it's designed for running rather than just being smart. The rest is incredibly content. Running is said to be great, and I now run without a smartphone. I hope they have a happy ending. Some advantages include: + Beautiful software for phones and computers with a variety of graphs and measurements that are fascinating to view + Excellent GPS and heart rate monitors that correctly record exercises + Made with quality materials; nothing creaks or backlashes; Even with training, the battery life is fairly lengthy; so far, I get 4-6 days. Compared to standard smart watches, heaven and earth + The screen may theoretically be read in any lighting because it actually reflects light + Exercises are automatically synced to Strava; no more PC syncing is required. Works well as a smart watch, has good vibration, and is difficult to miss notifications. The screen is not touch-sensitive; instead, everything is controlled by lamp buttons. Aliexpress has accessories. Various drawbacks: - I would prefer a brighter screen. It appears bright and vivid in promotional photographs, but not in real life. Nothing alters the brightness in any way. The screen for 2022 generally leaves a lot to be desired. I would describe it as big, bold, and without any backlight. But this is the cost of independence. - The price in 2022. I had to buy it from the States on eBay. I visited 12k. I hope I don't break since I couldn't locate the essential Siberian sports, such cross-country skiing and ice skating, even though skiing in the winter is by far the most well-liked cardiovascular activity in my city. - The heart rate monitor either takes a reading all the time or not at all. The fact that it cannot be set up otherwise is quite weird. Leave his job solely to train, for instance, or take measurements, say once every 30 minutes. The measurement is probably constant under typical use, therefore the battery drains quickly. And you grow bored every time you climb to add to the menu before the race.
