I recently purchased clothing, shoes, and jewelry from the Linsery internet store, and I must admit that I was dissatisfied with my purchase. The menus and search choices on the website were confusing, making it challenging for me to find what I was looking for. The products themselves were of poor quality, constructed of fragile materials and with lousy workmanship, giving them a look of being created on the cheap. The shoes were uncomfortable and made it difficult to walk in, and the apparel didn't fit well. Some of the jewelry did not resemble the images on the website, contrary to what was claimed. And to make matters worse, Linsery's customer service was appalling. I felt neglected and disappointed by the team's lack of assistance, high wait times, and disrespectful communication. With muddled directions and unstated costs, the return process was a headache that made it challenging to receive my money back. In general, I would not advise visiting the Linsery online store. The website is complex, the products are of poor quality, and the customer support is appalling, making for a less than pleasant purchasing experience. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere for dependable, high-quality goods and services.
