Having them is like having a new standard of living. In the headset, there is no sound. It will listen if you yell loud enough. And in such case, you should disable bluetooth before making a call. The battery isn't designed to last forever. It's not unusual, though, if you anticipate a six-hour use and charge it accordingly. Thankfully, they can start a full charge in just one hour. The sound is finally back to normal now, Riley. Sennheiser's apparent promotion of the $600 headset makes us uneasy. Sometimes the bass is deeper and the sound is better. But, there are no worldwide trumpets to blow. And there are no frequency distortions, so you can listen to anything (unlike the same Senhs, in which there is a good bass for a tuber, but rock and metal do not come from the word at all). In conclusion, earplugs are highly suggested. You get excellent value for your money with them.
