The best thing about this software is that it has a lot of options to customize the reports. It also provides a lot of functions for creating invoices, making payments and managing your clients. I dislike the fact that there sometimes are technical issues when you try to use some features of the software. For example, when I tried to create an invoice, it crashed every time. Also, sometimes I have problems with the payment process. Sometimes the system does not recognize the payment or it shows the error "payment failed" even though the payment was successful. There are a lot of things that can be improved in this program, but the main problem is that the customer service is terrible. They don't provide support during weekends and holidays. Whenever I have a problem with the program, they always tell me to contact their support team which doesn't work since they are unavailable on weekends and holidays. This is the worst customer service I've ever encountered.
