User Friendly, Easy To Use And Flexible

I love that it's extremely user friendly! It was easy to navigate once we got used to how things work (not as intuitive at first).
We use this system so much more than our other systems because of ease in navigation/accessibility from anywhere with an internet connection or computer.
Some functions are not available through third party applications like QuickBooks Online which can be frustrating when you need them immediately but have no access due to being offsite during business hours etc. A lot less paper files means fewer mistakes - both mine & clients'.

Pros

The ability for employees, owners / partners alike is very accessible via mobile devices allowing us greater flexibility between locations without having multiple computers running all day long keeping up to date records.
Abilityfor sharing information within team members easily across platforms suchas emailing directly into Excel documents using Microsoft Office 365 alongwith tracking changes made by others throughout time period
