Despite their claims to provide high-quality goods, I've discovered that the XIAPIA products I've bought have been dismally cheap and subparly manufactured. The cycling computer I bought from XIAPIA ceased working completely after just a few rides, and the kitchen sink I bought from them started to leak a few weeks after installation. I requested help from their customer service department, but I only received a condescending and unhelpful response. In addition to the subpar quality of their offerings, I had a difficult time navigating the XIAPIA website. The product descriptions are frequently cryptic and underwhelming, and the search feature is unreliable. In general, I would advise everyone to steer clear of XIAPIA. The complete shopping experience was unpleasant due to their subpar merchandise and bad customer service. Shop elsewhere for your home and fitness needs to save yourself the headache.
