Very disappointed with the display of this monitor

Very disappointed with the display of this monitor. I also believe that the monitor received is faulty. The monitor arrived yesterday. When installing with a DVI-HDMI cable, I noticed that the display is not full-screen, that is, when you go to a website, the content only occupies the space between the two central panels, so freer on both sides of the screen space remains. Full Screen is already factory set and cannot be changed in any way (option greyed out in OSD display. Color calibration and brightness off - too bright - need to be configured via the Intel HD Graphics Control Panel on my computer to set up the display Brightness is in Window screen (tiles) and in desktop mode do NOT set equal to desktop mode at least so as not to strain your eyes On HDMI, HDMI to HDMI and VGA to VGA all have problems First I notice that on some websites I frequent visits, the pictures are not as clear as before.. Then in the TEXT part I hardly notice anything, there is either GREEN or RED next to the black text letter.. plus "vertical" letters like I, L , T, i, etc. They either have 3 LEAN or RED next to a black display Also in my browser menu bar there is a WHITE 'shadow' behind the black text It only shines in the top 1/10th of the bi ld screen to happen, like at the top of the monitor above. I've also found that when using a DVI-HDMI connection, many display options are unavailable in the Windows Control Panel (using Icon Viewer, not the Categories, which have far fewer options to begin with). HDMI-HDMI shows a lot more display options. Neither of these connections uses full screen mode for display, even if there is only ONE option on the display in 16:9, but HDMI to HDMI seems to give more screen image or use more screen real estate for display - while the panels are on each side is smaller compared to a DVI-HDMI display. Also, both use the native resolution of 1980x1040 and my computer recognizes the monitor as an HP 24uh model. Switching from VGA to VGA is a disaster. He immediately downscaled the resolution to the lowest resolution possible and stretched the display to true 16:9, and everything got really big. The computer also does not recognize that it is an HP model, but indicates that it is a generic monitor with no option to change it. Apparently it doesn't use the HP driver either. The gradient stays in the text, however the white shadow doesn't seem to be visible in the stripe menu, probably because the menu bar is now a lighter, very very light grey, compared to other wired connections it was a medium grey, so white is the shadow much more visible behind each letter. I think green and red shouldn't be shown in text and this is a bug of this monitor. This can also be the reason why the image on the display is blurry with no sharp edges. This must be returned to Revain. Very disappointed with this HP product.
