The best feature I like most while using this software is that it's easy to use and has a lot of features available. It also allows you to create backups and restore them as well. Everything about it feels very intuitive and user-friendly. There are also a lot of tutorials and guides available online, which makes learning about it easy. There are a few things I don't like about this program, but nothing that makes me dislike it too much. This software works seamlessly with Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Word, making it easy to share documents and manage your company's workflow. And, unlike many other similar programs out there, FileOpen provides several ways to back up your files automatically without you needing to do anything in particular each time. This helps save time and reduce human error when managing your organization's workflows. I like that you can share it with other people in your organization without them having access to everything. You have to pay for more than just one user license if you want multiple users accessing the same folder. If anyone else has access to this shared directory they will also be able to see any changes made to the original file. We use this software to store our clients' information and make sure we are compliant with HIPAA regulations.
