Poor Customer Service at QeeLink Ruins the Shopping Experience

Recent shopping with QeeLink, a store I had high expectations for, was disappointing. Although their large selection of products from well-known brands initially captured my attention, my purchasing experience was ultimately ruined by their poor customer service. I had a few inquiries about the products I was buying when I placed my purchase. Sadly, the customer support agent I spoke with was unhelpful and appeared irritated by my inquiries. They gave me very little information and didn't seem to care if I was a happy client. Even worse, when my order did eventually show up, one of the items was broken. I called QeeLink's customer service department to ask for a replacement or refund, but I only encountered more rudeness and annoyance. It took me several tries to get an answer, and when I did, I was informed that the item was out of stock and that neither a replacement nor a refund could be given. My overall QeeLink experience was very unsatisfactory. Although their product selection may be impressive, I cannot suggest them as a store due to their poor customer service and unwillingness to address problems.

Pros
  • Items from well-known manufacturers
Cons
  • There are no actual businesses, only those found online.
