The room is 15 sq. M., but the door to the room is always open, so we took a larger model. Initial data before buying a humidifier: Winter. Outside -20. The temperature of the house is 21-23 degrees, the humidity is 15-20%. We like to live with the windows ajar even in winter, so we wanted to sit on two chairs - and open the windows often and so that the humidity rises. For the first 2-3 days, the humidifier could hardly bring the humidity up to 25%. Although at first the windows were kept closed, they were occasionally opened for ventilation. These low scores really upset me. After 5-7 days, the humidity became about 35-40%. The windows were still open sporadically. When airing, the humidity of course fell, but after 1.5-2 hours it returned to its original value. After 2-3 weeks, the humidity sometimes began to reach 50-52%. After 3 weeks, it got a little warmer outside (up to -10 - +5) and I began to open windows more boldly. At least micro-ventilation is almost always open, while the humidity is 35-40%. If you do not open the windows, then respectively higher. In the first 2-3 weeks, a tank of water was consumed in 3-4 days. A month later, the entire tank began to leave in 2 days. During the day, it usually works on 2 modes, sometimes on 3. At night and in children's sleep, it is always on 1. Care is simple. Every 2 days I wash the water tank with a sponge and soap, I wash the discs with a shower under strong pressure. If necessary, you can wash in the dishwasher, but I have not washed it yet. I use filtered water. The child's skin returned to normal in 2 weeks after purchase. I consider this the main indicator of efficiency!
