The display suddenly stopped working. So we called Revain and sent it back to Asus for repair. They looked at it and said it was nothing to worry about. We returned it. The unit was still having issues and we called to ask for help to find out the return window was closed. We can return it for a partial refund. So "to go" is. don't be nice Do not help or try to repair the device. If that doesn't work, get paid and switch to a new product. You can skip the return window. We have an old Asus computer that was a beast. It was fantastic, so we expected good results from this display. The device was fine. except it didn't work.
