Review on Experience Stunning Visuals with the HP T3M88AA ABA Backlit Monitor πŸ’₯ - Lightweight and Thin 27ER with Full HD Resolution and HDMI Connectivity! by Joe Sealy

Do not route cables inside the stand

I added this to my desk to go beyond the laptop monitor. The quality of the monitor is average, but I wasn't looking for anything spectacular. The big problem is the HDMI cable. Based on the tech (boo, HP designers) I used the hidden cable feature and the video is on and off instantly?! Wow what the hell. Anyway - I bought another HDMI cable and now everything works. Judging by other reviews, this is a design flaw that had to be identified during testing. I will doubt HP in the future as they don't mind selling poor quality.

Pros
  • Compatibility - Plug and play for all operating systems such as Windows and Mac OS to connect your laptop (Note: MacBook Pro 2016 or later requires USB-C/Thunderbolt 3 to HDMI adapter)
Cons
  • Color balancing: If the colors on the display are not precisely calibrated, the display can appear washed out or too bright.
