Unsure, sent it back

I have a really hard time finding the perfect travel backpack that I can bring on a plane and can double as a tasteful daybag or purse without looking too gaudy and touristy. I had specific criteria for what I was looking for and unfortunately, this didn't fit it. So, I returned it.Here's what I liked:- The overall design is fine. It doesn't look high end but it looks functional, low-profile and simple.- I like that it has 2 ways to wear the straps either as a traditional backpack or a shoulder bag- I liked that it had a somewhat anti-theft system with the zippered part being against the back. Here's what I didn't like:- I wanted a bag that could slip over the handle of my carry-on but this didn't have a dedicated strap. This just didn't sit right on my carry on and made getting into it for my passport or wallet very difficult.- I found it awkward to get into the zippered part without stuff falling out. So I had to sit with it in my lap or have someone hold it for me.- I feel like the exterior pockets are kind of pointless. The side pockets couldn't fit my Bobble water bottle.- The interior space is roomy but since it tapers at the top, I just didn't enjoy the experience of getting in an out of it. I like to document my travels with a variety of cameras (i.e. phone, GoPro, Canon) and this just felt cumbersome with all my items in there and trying to get what I need without stuff falling out. It's not a bad bag but this one just didn't check all the boxes for me.
