The team at Encapsul was very helpful to me when I had questions throughout my implementation process. They were able to answer all of our needs quickly without us having any issues with getting answers from their sales rep or product manager. There really isn't anything negative about this service provider other than maybe they could have given additional information after we implemented them as well (they did offer some help but it wasn't enough). If you are looking into purchasing accounting services then definitely consider using these guys! We needed assistance implementing QuickBooks Online which has been extremely beneficial thus far.
