Good and reliable staff for implementation assistance
The services they provide are very good in terms of cost effective solutions that can be implemented anywhere globally with ease without any hassles from their end. They have been able to help us solve some business problems we had which were not so easy otherwise. I would say there is nothing much negative about them but if you want more control over it then consider hiring an agency instead since they will always give way too many options compared to what one needs. We used them when we started working remotely after Covid19 lockdown was announced.
Pros
- Great support system
- Can offer variety at lower rate
- Completely web based solution for remote workers (also applicable as employees)
Cons
- Highly customizable, thus making process slow down or expensive;
- Need multiple people per project/account manager who helps understand requirements etc., hence increases costs.
- No dedicated sales team members available outside US timezones!
