Review on Warble Pro Active by Jason Cho

The ability to create custom views of performance for all employees or just those under consideration is very handy, as sometimes there are cases where we need an employee only view without having them show up everywhere else. I wish it was possible to do this with other groups besides Performance Management - maybe something could be added? Not much dislikes about anything so far (knock on wood!). It seems like everyone loves how easy they can use WPAM! We have been able to identify trends more quickly than before using Warbles and being notified when new ones occur which helps us better understand our workforce needs.
