Review on Children’s Smartwatch ELARI KidPhone 4GR Wi-Fi, black by Amphaiphit Jongkol ᠌

The product sucks and the quality is terrible.

I purchased it as a present for my niece, and they tried it out in the privacy of their own house. It's not easy to hear. When I contacted Elari's customer service line, a representative informed me that incidents like this are unusual and should not occur. I came to the conclusion that I should get married. I gave the money to the business, and then I went to another store, but the sound was the same! I did not surrender and instead connected to a third other network. The sound, likewise, is barely audible. It is necessary to press the watch up to one's ear and make a lot of effort in order to hear hardly anything at all. When viewed through such a device, the functionality of the children's radio and Alice appears to be a farce! As a last-ditch effort to avoid the situation of the child being without a present, I went out and purchased a second watch of the same brand. I wasted a good portion of the day looking for nothing. Honestly, given all of those support options, they were unable to inform me that this is a function of the watch? Who will make up for the amount of time and stress that I have invested? I would want to add something to the review; it was discovered that another model's watch had similar issues. A significant issue with the Elari company itself, particularly with regard to its technical support and attitude toward its clientele. If anything, you will be left alone to deal with the issue, and a representative from Elari will make a comment saying that "we are extremely sorry that you are disappointed." Dial up the technical help." And in those instances of support, you will merely be sent in a discreet manner. A horrible workplace

Pros
  • Radio for children that is both lovely and practical
Cons
  • The noise is very horrible! It is so rare that it is almost inconceivable. The meaning of functions themselves is also lost.
