We've been using DealerClick since 2011.
We've been using DealerClick since 2011. We've used every version since 2.0 and have found them all excellent products. We love that we don't have to pay monthly fees for any of the software and there is no limit on how many vehicles we can manage. It has made managing my business easier and I would recommend anyone who wants a fully integrated system to use DealerClick. We have recently added some new modules and have found that DealerClick continues to be extremely reliable and easy to use.
Pros
- It has been reliable over many years and our support team has always responded promptly and effectively
- There is no limitation on how many cars we can manage.
Cons
- Not everything works perfectly - the interface sometimes does not allow certain things to work correctly
- There is a lack of customization
