I bought 2 of these. I stand by my original review here: Great transport box for the price. I hesitated after some bad reviews but took a chance anyway. I'm glad I did. Assembly is not difficult if common sense is in place. No need for instructions. The hardest part is assembling the door. Join the top and bottom of the drawer on one side while inserting the fixed door rods into the holes. Then push the door handle to retract these bars and close the door. The space at the top and bottom of the door should slide over the ledges of the drawer (Figs. 1 and 2). Then secure the other side of the drawer with latches. After you have closed all the latches, you can use the screws provided to securely attach the top and bottom together (Figure 3). I did this because it ensures the device doesn't accidentally fall apart. The fact that the device falls apart when carried by the handle sounds like an operating error. Make sure the top latches are secure and latched (Figure 4). I did this and loaded the box with 15 pound weights and turned the machine by the handle. survived without a problem. Then I put my big cat (12 pounds) in it and she made herself comfortable. A great device for the price if installed correctly.
