A good product at a good price, I advise you to try it.

In general, I can't speak to anyone else's experience with Skype, but mine has been positive; I feel that it was a good investment. standard high-definition webcam, serves all purposes:)

The model numbers increase from c270 to c310 to c510 on the box, and correspondingly increase from + to +++ in the "video quality" setting. Those concerned about the image's clarity should examine previous versions.

Pros

Excellent value for the money, crisp audio, a monitor-friendly form factor, attractive aesthetics, accurate color reproduction, a wealth of exposure controls that allow for fine-tuning the entire visual experience, a painless setup process under Windows XP Service Pack 3, and a generously long cable measuring 1.5 meters.

Cons

I checked out some customer reviews before making my purchase, and after examining the product photo in detail, I have this to say about the "stripes" in particular: males, ladies, and what sort of matrix did you expect to see for $ 25? =)) no, but seriously, she-she is hilarious! I was pleasantly impressed by the well-lit, meaty photo. Increase the sensitivity in low light, and you'll see vertical stripes, a noisy matrix, and...:D It also creates noise at high sensitivity on $1,000 SLR cameras.
